Reiki healing can be received in two ways:
- In-person Reiki – the client and practitioner are present in the same physical environment, that is, in the same room. The practitioner places their “Reiki hands” on or just above the client’s body, in a series of positions, with the intention to share healing for the highest good.
- Distance Reiki – the client and practitioner are not present in the same physical environment (they can be in different places in the same city, or in different cities/countries/continents). In this technique the practitioner connects energetically (through intention) with the client’s aura, and carries out the entire session from a distance.
At Illuminare Healing, all Reiki healing sessions are done via the Distance Reiki technique. This means that you can enjoy the benefits of Reiki from the comfort of your present location, no matter where in the world you are. You do not need to be present at the practitioner’s location.

As long as you are open and willing to receive the healing energy, you can do whatever feels right for you during the session. However, please refrain from using heavy machinery or driving, to ensure your safety (Reiki can put the reciever into a deeply relaxed state that can reduce reaction time).

This email will contain an attached form that must be completed accurately and submitted. The purpose of this form is to customize the healing session to align with your specific needs.
After the session, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and share your Reiki experience, if you wish. The duration of the session is 45 minutes, and the session rate is $66.
